Chickpea Nachos Recipe

Ingredients
+ 2 cups finely chopped romaine lettuce
+ 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
+ 1 cup grated carrots
+ 1 batch Mexican turkey stir fry
+ 1/2 batch chickpea tortilla chips
+ 1/2 batch homemade avocado cream
+ 1/2 lime

Directions
Heat the stir fry in a large skillet over low heat. Wash, chop, slice and grate the vegetables and prepare the avocado cream. Assemble the salad in plates, add the turkey stir-fry and the chickpea nachos. Top with a few dollops of the avocado cream and a squeeze of half a lime. Enjoy!
