Dips and sauces are usually packed with empty calories but this yummy avocado dip is the proof that they don’t have to be! The only source of fat in this dip is the avocado which is very high in omega 3 fatty acids, the good kind of fat. Avocados also contain many essential vitamins and minerals, including pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), vitamin K, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and potassium, and they’re also high in fiber. This avocado dip is very versatile – you can have it as a sauce on top of our chickpea nachos, as a dip for our tortilla chips and even as a salad dressing!
