Ingredients
+ 2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded & peeled
+ 1/2 medium red onion, diced
+ 1 garlic clove, minced
+ juice of 1/2 lime
+ 1/4 cup or a handful fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

+ pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions
Mash the avocados with a fork and add the lime juice, sea salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well and stir in red onion, garlic, and cilantro. Enjoy immediately with our chickpea tortilla chips or let chill in the refrigerator!
