+ 1 date, pitted
+ 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Peach Ice Cream
+ 1 cup frozen peaches, sliced
+ 1/4 frozen banana, chopped
+ 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or kefir
+ 1 date, pitted
For Serving
+ homemade nut and seed granola, to serve
+ raspberries, to serve
Place raspberry ice cream ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the raspberry ice cream into a bowl and pop in the fridge while you make the peach ice cream.
Clean the blender and blend the peach ice cream ingredients as before. Pour the raspberry ice cream into a serving cup, then pour the peach ice cream on top.
Serve with a sprinkle of homemade granola and 2-3 fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
