Sugar-Free & Gluten-Free Chocolate Lava Cakes Recipe
Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 10 min | Yields: 4 lava cakes
+ 1/4 cup oat flour
+ 2 tbsp coconut oil
+ 2 tbsp peanut butter
+ 1/4 cup milk of choice
+ 12 dates (soaked)
+ 2 tbsp cocoa powder
+ 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the oat flour, coconut oil, peanut butter, milk, soaked dates, cocoa powder, and eggs in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture into four greased ramekins and place in the oven. Cook for 10-12 minutes, serve and enjoy!
